1. Name and contact details of the responsible body

This data protection information applies to
Christoph Jungius
Tilsiter Str. 11
53117 Bonn
Germany
E-mail: call[ad]infoservice.de
as the responsible body.

2. Collection and storage of personal data; type, purpose and use

If you contact us by e-mail, the following information will be collected:
- the data transmitted by you by e-mail.
The personal data is collected,
- to identify you as a customer;
- to be able to advise you appropriately;
- in order to fulfil our contractual obligations to you;
- in order to meet our legal obligations:
- to correspond with you;
- for invoicing or, if necessary, for dunning purposes;
- to assert any claims against you.
The processing of the personal data takes place on the occasion of your inquiry with us and is necessary for the purposes mentioned for the processing of your order and for the fulfilment of obligations from the underlying contract. The collected personal data will be stored until the end of the legal obligation to store them for merchants (6, 8 or 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the contractual relationship was terminated) and then deleted. This does not apply in exceptional cases if we are obliged to store data for a longer period due to tax or commercial storage obligations (in accordance with HGB, StGB or AO) or if you have consented to further storage.

The following applies in particular to mobile applications (apps) provided by us:
No personal data will be collected or stored by the apps themselves until further notice, especially since these apps do not require Internet access for their use, no external advertising is placed on them and no analysis services are used for this. Insofar as this changes in future versions, this will be pointed out separately.
For the activities of a user of one of the apps via an app store, such as purchasing, downloading, installing, uninstalling or commenting on apps, the data protection notices of the respective app store apply.

When an app is downloaded, the required information is transferred to the relevant App Store, in particular the user name, e-mail address, customer number at the App Store and the individual device ID. We have no influence on this data processing. The operator of the respective App Store is responsible for this. We only process the data required to download the app to your device.

When using an app, we may be able to process the following data to ensure the usability of the provided functions and the security and stability of the app:
- IP address of the user
- Date and time of the request
- Contents of the request
- Access Status/HTTP Status Code
- the amount of data transferred in each case
- Operating system of the user
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Crash notifications
To improve the stability and reliability of our apps, we rely on anonymized crash reports.

Android app: If you voluntarily and explicitly agree to the general transmission of crash notifications to Google when setting up your mobile device, information (status of the app at the time of the crash, stack trace, manufacturer and operating system of the mobile phone, latest log messages) will be transmitted to Google and stored there for evaluation by us. This information does not contain any personal data.

For apps that require permission to access the memory of the device on which the app is installed, this access is only used to store and retrieve data from the app that is necessary to run the app.

3. Passing on of data to third parties

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Exceptions to this only apply insofar as this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you. This includes in particular the passing on to service providers commissioned by us (so-called contract processors) or other third parties whose activities are necessary for the execution of the contract (e.g. mail order companies or banks). The data passed on may be used by the third parties exclusively for the purposes mentioned.

4. Your rights as a data subject

You as the data subject have various rights:
- Right of revocation: You can revoke your consent to us at any time. Data processing based on the revoked consent may then no longer be continued in the future.
- Right to information: You can request information about your personal data processed by us. This applies in particular to the purposes of data processing, the categories of personal data, if applicable the categories of recipients, the duration of storage, if applicable the origin of your data and if applicable for the existence of automated decision making including profiling and if applicable meaningful information on their details.
- Right of correction: You can request the correction of incorrect or the completion of your personal data stored by us.
- Right of deletion: You can request the deletion of your personal data stored with us, as far as their processing is not necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of the public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.
- Right to restrict processing: You may request that the processing of your personal data be restricted if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it. You also have this right if we no longer need the data, but you do need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. In addition, you have this right if you have objected to the processing of your personal data;
- Right to Data Transfer: You may request that we provide you with the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. Alternatively, you can request the direct transmission of the personal data you have provided to us to another person in charge, as far as this is possible.
- Right to complain: You can complain to the supervisory authority responsible for us, e.g. if you believe that we are illegally processing your personal data. The authority responsible for us is:

6. Data processing online

If personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that the transmission of data on the Internet (for example, by e-mail communication) may present security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.
